What happens if a professional cancels our engagement?
You hired someone and they cancelled! Do you still have to pay?
No funds will be collected from you if a professional cancels an engagement.
If a professional cancels an engagement, you’ll be immediately notified via email and text message. You can view details about the cancelled engagement by tapping View cancelled, expired, & declined bookings in the Engagements tab located in the bottom nav bar.
